Strategy notes
Cosmic Fabric Fuel Manipulation develops the Fuel discipline within Resource Ascendancy. Turn superior surveying, extraction, refining, and energy conversion into strategic control of scarce materials. Its immediate value is +95% Fuel Production; +25% Shields. The principal counterpressure is that extraction complexes are immobile, power hungry, and exposed to raiding or market isolation.
Player hints
This is late-path research. Treat it as a strategic objective measured in weeks or months, and expect rivals to react to the capability. Favor this technology when its Fuel benefits reinforce your current economy, fleets, or frontier. Pause the branch if its expected RP per tick is too diluted or its resource costs would stall higher-priority projects.
