Strategy notes
EM Radar Systems develops the Sensing discipline within Reconnaissance and Espionage. Win information asymmetry through persistent observation, covert access, and fleets that act on fresh intelligence. Its immediate value is +1% Sensing, +5% Ground Defence; +5% Space Defence; +6% Sensing. The principal counterpressure is that counterintelligence, deception, compartmentalization, and cheap decoys can waste its expensive collection network.
Player hints
This is an inexpensive path entry. Research it early when you want to test this direction without sacrificing strategic flexibility. Favor this technology when its Sensing benefits reinforce your current economy, fleets, or frontier. Pause the branch if its expected RP per tick is too diluted or its resource costs would stall higher-priority projects.
