Strategy notes
Heavy-Rocket Cosmic Reconstitution Warheads develops the HeavyRockets discipline within Missile Siege Fleet. Project sustained long-range force through guided ordnance, heavy siege missiles, and protected fuel logistics. Its immediate value is +125% Space Attack; +5% Research. The principal counterpressure is that point defense, fast interception, ammunition raids, and attacks on slow supply fleets can break the siege.
Player hints
This is late-path research. Treat it as a strategic objective measured in weeks or months, and expect rivals to react to the capability. Favor this technology when its HeavyRockets benefits reinforce your current economy, fleets, or frontier. Pause the branch if its expected RP per tick is too diluted or its resource costs would stall higher-priority projects.
