Eternal Warriors develops the Troops discipline within Bio-Social Dominion. Build a large, resilient workforce and disciplined service culture through medicine, institutions, and population policy. Its immediate value is +20% Espionage, +10% Ground Attack; +10% Space Attack. The principal counterpressure is that high consumption and concentrated social systems are vulnerable to unrest, espionage, and supply disruption.
Player hints
This is late-path research. Treat it as a strategic objective measured in weeks or months, and expect rivals to react to the capability. Favor this technology when its Troops benefits reinforce your current economy, fleets, or frontier. Pause the branch if its expected RP per tick is too diluted or its resource costs would stall higher-priority projects.
