Strategy notes
Cosmic Intelligence Shielding develops the CounterSpying discipline within Security State. Protect strategic projects with layered verification, counter-surveillance, resilient automation, and rapid incident recovery. Its immediate value is +15% Espionage, +10% Space Defence. The principal counterpressure is that the system consumes money and attention, and rivals can force it to overreact while competing through conventional power.
Player hints
This is late-path research. Treat it as a strategic objective measured in weeks or months, and expect rivals to react to the capability. Favor this technology when its CounterSpying benefits reinforce your current economy, fleets, or frontier. Pause the branch if its expected RP per tick is too diluted or its resource costs would stall higher-priority projects.
